great stay but a few areas need improvement
The location is perfect for getting to the airport and Medina easily. Having a spacious garden made our family time much more enjoyable. Daily shuttle service to Medina offered great convenience. The garden view provided a peaceful atmosphere, creating a lovely spot for relaxation after a busy day.
Breakfast options could use more variety to enhance the morning experience.

We loved the spacious living area in our suite that fit our whole family comfortably. The free entry to the waterpark was a fantastic bonus for the kids! The outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments really helped us unwind after a busy day. The menu at the main restaurant could have offered a bit more variety, but that didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

Exceptional Family Experience
We enjoyed a spacious two-bedroom suite that had a garden area perfect for our family to unwind. The breakfast was a highlight with a variety of freshly baked goods and the water park access was an absolute win for the kids. The staff's attention was commendable, especially the manager who made our mornings warm with friendly conversations. a bit more variety in the lunch menu could further enhance the experience.
